Mrs. Marie Steiner Daiello, 86, of Winston-Salem died Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House. Mrs. Daiello was born September 28, 1922 in Manhattan, New York City a daughter of the late Edward Steiner and the late Charlotte Noding Steiner. She was an award winning crotchetier and retired from Woolworths Department Store in New York with 38 years of service. She was a key member of the Ardmore Christian Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Daiello. Mrs. Daiello is survived by her son, Victor Argula and daughter-in-law Dawn of California, a sister, Louise Bottine of New Jersey, 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, December 1, 2008 at the Ardmore Christian Church with Mr. David Woolard officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Sunday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care 101 Hospice Ln. Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
