Marianne Mielke Neace

Marianne Mielke Neace, ""our precious Reb,"" left this world on Sunday, July 3, 2011, ending a courageous 30 year battle with cancer. She loved the farm where she lived in Hendersonville, NC with her husband, Ed and the many animals that she cherished. She was a joyous person who had an unwavering devotion to God. In addition to her husband, Marianne is survived by her mother, La Trelle Mielke and her devoted sister, Liz Pinson. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Mielke, and her sister, Linda Deveaux. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 8th at Forsyth Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marianne Neace Memorial Fund at SunTrust Bank, in care of Elizabeth Pinson. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
