Margie Mabe Moore

Margie Mabe Moore, 85, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Moore, Sr.; and brother, Ray Cornazter. She is survived by a son, Horace Moore, Jr., a daughter, Deborah Walser and loving son-in-law, Ronnie, all of Lexington; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a younger brother, Robert Cornazter and wife Sue of Georgia. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Reedy Creek Baptist Church in Lexington, with her son-in-law Ronnie Walser and Rev. David Robinson of Madison Heights Freewill Baptist Church (where Margie attended with her daughter) officiating. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 pm prior to the service at the church. The family would like to extend a special loving thank you to Community Hospice of Asheboro for all of their support and loving care.
