Margaret Maggie Haithcock Styron

Mrs. Margaret ""Maggie"" Haithcock Styron, 85, of Winston-Salem, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2010 at the Oaks at Forsyth. She was born April 4, 1925 in Forsyth County to the late Emma Whaley Haithcock and William Hobson Haithcock. Mrs. Styron was a former member of Waughtown Baptist Church. She was employed by Carolina Theater, Robert E. Lee Hotel, Baptist Hospital, Western Electric Credit Union and Armstrong News Agency. Mrs. Styron was preceded in death by her husband, T. P. Styron and one brother, James Haithcock. Surviving are one daughter, Susan Styron Kaley (Jan M.) of High Point; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 30, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Burial will follow in Waughtown Cemetery.
