Mrs. Margaret Lucille Tilley Miller, age 93 of Rural Hall passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Miller was born in Forsyth County July 6, 1921 to Jesse and Addie Hammonds Tilley. She was a member of Pinedale Christian Church in Winston-Salem where she taught the two years old Sunday School class for 20 plus years. In the last few years Mrs. Miller attended Rural Hall Church of Christ. Mrs. Miller worked at Carolina Narrow Fabric for many years. In addition to her parents Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, Edward E. Miller and seven other siblings.
Mrs. Miller is survived by one son; Steven (Betty) Miller of Greenville, NC. Two grandchildren; Bethanie (Adam) Harman and Steven (Amber) Miller. One great-grandchild; Ana Harman. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Miller will be conducted Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Pinedale Christian Church in Winston-Salem by Rev. Bill McKenzie and Wesley McCarter, Minister. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park in Winston-Salem. The family will receive friends at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall this evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
