Margaret Ann White Kirby

WINSTON SALEM - Mrs. Margaret 'Ann' White Kirby, 53, passed away Friday, October 5, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. Ann was born on December 27, 1958 in Forsyth County to the late Luther Herman and Marie Kiger White. She was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church. Ann is survived by her husband of 16 years, Walter Scott Kirby; four children, Freddie Taylor (Amber) of Kernersville, Amanda Kossek (Joey) of Tobaccoville, Natoshia Elliott of Walnut Cove and Jonathon Kirby of Ohio; five grandchildren, Austin Taylor, Whitney Taylor, Jesse James, Cody James and Joshua Kossek; four brothers, Julius, Herman, Ephriam and William White; and one sister, Betty Fuquay. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Dr. Bobby Roberson and Rev. Frank Shumate officiating. Entombment will follow at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 pm Monday, October 8, at the funeral home.
