Madge Fulp Tesh

Mrs. Madge Fulp Tesh, 76, passed away November 22, 2012 at Trinity Glen. She was born November 27, 1935 in Forsyth County to the late John Fulp and Annie Powell Fulp. She was a lifelong member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church and was a member of the choir. She graduated from Mineral Springs High School in 1954 and retired from Lucia Inc. She loved sewing, crafts, gardening, and cooking. Mrs. Tesh was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. Tesh; a son, David K. Tesh; a granddaughter, Wendy Marie Tesh; two brothers, Daniel Fulp and Dallas P. Fulp; and two sisters, Diane Ivester and Judith Swaim. She is survived by her children, Daniel Alan Tesh (Shannon), Russell Lee Tesh (Michelle), Mark Randall Tesh (Teresa), and Susan Tesh Dowless (Larry); ten grandchildren, Daniel, Alan, Amber, Annie, Rachel, Emily, Robbie, Jory, Nathan, and Ashley; two great-grandchildren, Eli and Alexia; three sisters, Shirley Coordsen, Daphne Schaffer (Tink), and Ruby ""Helen"" Fulp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, November 26, 2012 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jeff Harlow officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Sunday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
