Madeline “Moe” L. Kinzer

Winston Salem- Madeline ""Moe"" L. Kinzer, 80, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born April 15, 1931 in Forsyth Co. to the late C.E. and Elizabeth Faulkner Largen. Moe was a member of Sedge Garden United Methodist Church; she retired after 29 years of service from Western Electric/AT&T. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters, Ruth Cook, JoAnn Largen, and Betty Lou Calloway. Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Robert Lewis Kinzer; two daughters, Sabrina (Ben) Gatewood, and Sandi (David) Kuhlman; six grandchildren, Kyle (Amy), Elizabeth, Justin, Tiffany, Kent (Tricia) and Nick (Amelia); three great-grandchildren, Autumn, Kason, and Delaney; two brothers, Frank (Rose) Largen, and Loman Largen; three sisters, Christine (Marvin) Coley, Irene Tuttle, and Marjorie Collier. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Friday, November 4, 2011 at Sedge Garden United Methodist Church with Rev. Dave Cash officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Sedge Garden United Methodist Church, 794 Sedge Garden Rd., Kernersville, NC 27284.
