Macy West Beeson

Beeson Mrs. Macy Ann West Beeson age 81 of Kernersville went to be with the Lord Wednesday February 25, 2009. She was born December 10, 1927 in Forsyth County to Thomas Clarence West and Eva Beeson West. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Beeson was preceded in death by a brother Ted West. She was an active member of Union Grove Baptist Church where she was member of the Dale Pridgen Sunday School Class before she was diagnosed with LBD (Lewy Body Dementia). Surviving are her husband Howard F. Beeson of the home, two sons, Thomas Beeson and wife Linda of Greensboro and Timothy Beeson and wife Amy of Kernersville, a brother TC West of Pittsboro and two sisters Myra Walker of Kernersville and Marie Walker of Winston-Salem, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Friday February 27, 2009 at Union Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Dean, Rev. Richard Beeson and Rev Neil Eller officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
