Mabel Margenia Jones White

WHITE - WINSTON-SALEM Mrs. Mabel Margenia Jones White, 91, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2009, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born in Davie County on June 21, 1918, to the late Oliver William and Molly Jones. Mrs. White was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church and was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, who will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joe Cephus White, two sisters and five brothers. Mrs. White is survived by her son, Rick White of Pfafftown and fiance郩 Margaret Holt of Yadkinville, two grandsons, Ronald White and wife Martha of Winston-Salem and Randall White and wife Michelle of Rural Hall and one great-grandson, Andrew White also of Rural Hall. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 10, 2009, at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown with Rev. Tim Gammons and Rev. R. Zeno Groce officiating.
