Lynn Hutchens Edwards

Mrs. Lynn Hutchens Edwards, 59, passed away April 12, 2015 at her home. She was born October 5, 1955 in Forsyth County to the late Odell McKinley Hutchens and Audrey Love Hutchens. She is a member of Pfafftown Baptist Church. She was employed with Westgate Dermatology. Lynn was a mentor for Fleet Feet and was a charter member of the Pilot Mountain Evening Bloomers Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Hutchens. Lynn is survived by her loving husband, Bill Edwards; a daughter Tabitha Lewis; a son, Bucky Edwards; two granddaughters, Brittany Deal and husband Daniel and Madison Lewis; a grandson, Michael Lafferty and a great-granddaughter, Landry Deal. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Evangelist Dale Riddle officiating. Burial will follow at Indian Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Mt. Airy. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Ln., Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
