Luther "Lucky" Sterling Blakeley

Luther “Lucky” Sterling Blakeley, 43, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025. He was born on November 29, 1981, in Forsyth County.

Lucky was a creative and artistic person who loved to draw. He enjoyed helping others whenever possible and was known to do anything for someone in need. His kindness and selflessness will be remembered by all of those he helped during his time.

Lucky was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Irene Brown and Donald Carter; paternal grandparents, Frankie James and Luther Rayson; and uncle, Richard Mark Carter.

He is survived by his loving mother, Sandra Stutts (Brian); father, Luther Sterling Rayson, Jr.; brothers, Randy Blakeley, and Robbie Blakeley (Nina Pomeroy); sister, Nicole Miller (Ernest); nieces, Miranda Ohnmeiss (Michael), Hailey Blakeley, and Emmaleigh Dobbins; nephew, Randy Blakeley II; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
