Lucille Wellmon Williams

WILLIAMS RURAL HALL, Mrs. Lucille Wellmon Williams, 85, of University Parkway passed away Monday, July 21, 2008 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Williams was born on April 1, 1923 in Iredell County the daughter of the late Abram Hollfield and Sadie Hall Wellmon. Mrs. Williams was a member of Jefferson Church of Christ in Rural Hall. Mrs. Williams is survived her husband of 41 years Hassel Lee Williams of the home, two sisters Mrs. Marjorie Gordon of China Grove and Mrs. Alice Harrell of Kannapolis, a nephew Franklin Eugene Gordon, Jr. and wife Michelle of Salisbury. A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 PM Thursday, July 24, 2008 at Jefferson Church of Christ in Rural Hall with the Minister Jerry Simpkins officiating.(Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel)
