Lucille Helen Durham Bennett

BENNETT - ARCHDALE
Mrs. Lucille Helen Durham Bennett passed from this world July 19, 2014 at The GrayBrier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Archdale, NC. She was born April 15, 1918 in High Point, NC. Mrs. Bennett was a wonderful pianist and loved her church and choir.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Bennett in 1998 and by her older son, Roger Bennett in 2013. Mrs. Bennett is survived by her younger son, Dickie Bennett (Sarah) of Liberty, NC; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and three step-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 22 at First Baptist Church of Stanleyville with the Rev. Eddie Honeycutt officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
