Lucas James Wooten

Mr. Lucas James Wooten, 22, passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. Lucas was born on August 20, 1994 to Elizabeth Lucas and James Thomas Wooten, Jr. in Forsyth County. He graduated from Reynolds High School with honors in 2013. Lucas was most at home in the outdoors. He enjoyed spending time at the beach and loved boating in particular. More than anything, Lucas will be remembered as a caring young man who loved his family and treasured being a Dad. Lucas was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Francis Lucas. Surviving are his children, Mason Luke Williams and Marina Rose Wooten; mother, Elizabeth Lucas; father, James Wooten (Trace); maternal grandfather, Glenn Lucas; paternal grandparents, James Thomas Wooten, Sr., and Jane Flynn Wooten; uncle, Glenn Lucas, Jr.; aunts, Carol Jane Wooten and Glenda Lewis; cousin, Cody Lewis; step brother, Danny Fish; and step sister, Krystal Chambers (Brad).
