Louise West Ingram

Louise West Ingram, 90, passed away Friday, July 20, 2012, at her daughter's home, where she had enjoyed living for the past five years. Louise was born on January 13, 1922 in Forsyth County to the late George Willis and Carrie Erwin West. She was a member of Crews United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Smith Ingram and a brother, William R. West. She is survived by a son, Larry A. Ingram (Linda) of Marshallberg; a daughter, Judy C. Ingram of Chapel Hill; three grandchildren, James Ingram, Charles Ingram and Adam Ingram Perry; one great grandchild, Lucy Ingram; five sisters, Nellie Graves of Clemmons, Ruby Beeson (Lawrence) of Winston-Salem, Nancy Voss of Kernersville, Mary Dillon of Kernersville and Nina Smith of Jamestown. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Crews United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Pam Watkins officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8:00 PM Tuesday at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. Memorials may be made to Crews United Methodist Church, 4150 Reidsville Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
