Louise Mary Boam

The family of Mrs. Louise Tortora Boam of Advance is saddened to announce her passing on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at the age of 98 years. She was born April 16, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Annibale Tortora and Angelina Mucci Tortora.  She is preceded in death by her husband, George Boam, and her sister, Mary Dobkewitch. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Linda Trimarchi (Joseph) of Advance, NC; two granddaughters, Gina Trimarchi-Martin (Gregory) of Canton, MA. and Laura Pasquale (David) of Winston-Salem, NC, and three great granddaughters, Leela Martin, Siena Pasquale and Bria Martin.  A private family entombment will be held at Forsyth Memorial Park in Winston-Salem, NC to honor the incredible life of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
