Mr. Louie Edward Dull, Sr., of Winston-Salem, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born September 22, 1935 in Forsyth County to William Samuel and Pauline Elizabeth Livengood Dull. Mr. Dull was a member of Advent Moravian Church. He was retired from the Archer Division of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co.; a volunteer firefighter at Griffith Fire Department; a member of Habitat for Humanity; and N.C. Friends Disaster Service. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Mildred Gertrude Teague Dull. Surviving is a daughter, Rebecca ""Becky"" Anne Dull Pegram and husband Brian; a son, Louie Edward Dull, Jr.; grandchildren, Samuel Brack Pegram and wife Amanda, Barry Edward Pegram, Jessica Ruth Pegram, Morgan Taylor Dull and Hunter Edward Dull; brothers and sisters, Mary Riddings, Inez Hartman, Willie Dull, Jessie Dull, George Dull, and Della Sue Williams. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, August 29 at Advent Moravian Church with the Rev. Dan Conrad officiating. Burial will follow in the church graveyard. The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, August 28 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Memorials may be made to Advent Moravian Church, 1514 W.
