Lou Ann Landreth

Kernersville – Mrs. Lou Ann Pearman Landreth, 60, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at her residence. She was born in Guilford County on June 8, 1962, to Allen C. and Eunice Knight Pearman. Lou Ann was a loving wife, daughter, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed.

In addition to her father, Lou Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Butch Pearman.

She is survived by her loving husband, David Landreth; her mother, Eunice K. Pearman; brother, Steve Pearman; and her sister, Carolyn Nelson.

A graveside service for Lou Ann will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Stephen Shytle officiating. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
