Lorine Wymer Brewster

Mrs. Lorine Wymer Brewster, 79, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born February 3, 1933 in Wythe Co., VA the daughter of the late George and Okie Mae Jones Wymer. Mrs. Brewster loved her flower gardens and had hummingbirds that returned each year. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed deeply by all who knew her. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Clara Serway. Mrs. Brewster is survived by her husband, Earl Junior Brewster, a daughter, Brenda Galyean of King, a son, Johnny Brewster and wife Linda of King, three grandsons, Robert Mason and wife Dana of Zephyr, Christopher Galyean of Winston-Salem and Ashton Hartman of King, three great-grand children, James Mason, Mara Mason and Ethan Reid and a brother, Jack Wiemer of Dobson. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 22, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall. Burial will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park in Winston-Salem. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 prior to the service Monday morning.
