Lori Tener

Lori Elizabeth Tener, 37, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at her home. Lori was born on March 7, 1984 in Guilford County to Mark and Cynthia Ballew Tener. She was one of the hardest working moms around and loved her daughter more than anything. Lori’s family was her life. Her favorite “go-to” food was Little Caesar’s Pizza. Lori had a contagious laugh and a beautiful smile. She will be dearly missed.

Lori was preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia Ballew Tener and father, Mark Tener; and her maternal “Granny”, Ruth Seawell.

Surviving are her 11 year old daughter, Railyn Badeau; five siblings, Wendy Jones, Kimberly Jones, Kelly Sales, Justin Tener, and Jennifer Tener; many special aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Cody, Ryan, Caleb, Emmagail, Julez, Jaylen, MaKayla, and Everette.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. Memorials may be made to the family for Railyn’s benefit.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Lori’s Co-workers at Advanced Oral and Facial Surgery of the Triad with Dr. Teresa Biggerstaff and Dr. Wesley Parker for all their love and support.
