Loretta Grello Ney

Mrs. Loretta Grello Ney, 83, of Clemmons, NC, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2014 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born on November 29, 1930 in Bethlehem, PA to Nicholas F. Grello and Mary Ehret Grello. Loretta was a member of Pinedale Christian Church in Winston-Salem. She retired from Shaker Heights Board of Education in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Preceding Mrs. Ney in death were her parents. Mrs. Ney is survived by her husband, William ""Bill"" Ney of the home; three children, David Ney (Carolyn) of South Euclid, Ohio, Janet Williams of Amherst, Ohio and Richard Ney (Julie) of Winston-Salem; six grandchildren, April, Gus, Abigail, Olivia, Reese and Cooper. Funeral services for Mrs. Ney will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 28, 2014 at Pinedale Christian Church with Pastor Bob McCaskill officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Forsyth County, 101 Hospice Ln., Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
