Lorene Tesh Jarvis

Lewisville Mrs. Lorene Tesh Jarvis, 83, died Friday, July 4, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Jarvis was born November 14, 1930 in Forsyth County to the late Samuel Lee and Evelyn Thorpe Tesh. In addition to her parents, preceding her in death was her husband, Thurman L. ""Nook"" Jarvis; daughter-in-law, Cathy Jarvis; two sisters, Dolores Tesh Turney and Marilyn Kay Pope; brother, James Harry Tesh. Surviving are two sons, Thurman L. ""Buster"" Jarvis, Jr. of Mocksville and Steven Ray Jarvis (Elizabeth) of Wake Forest; six grandchildren, Mike Jarvis (Christy), Chris Jarvis, Anthony Jarvis (Heather), Christina Jarvis, Carly Jarvis, and Cameron Jarvis; eight great grand-children; one great-great grandchild; also surviving is a brother, Samuel Lee Tesh, III (Betty) and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Harmony Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Greg Freeman officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory.
