Mrs. Lola Ruth Sprinkle, 82, of Winston-Salem died Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born February 15, 1928 in Yadkin County and was the daughter of the late, William and Eliza Pearl Sink Ladd. Mrs. Sprinkle was a member of Konnoak Hills Moravian Church and was a 1945 graduate of James A. Gray High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Milton Sprinkle, Sr., her son, Thomas Milton Sprinkle, Jr. and her brother, Buddy Arnold. Survivors include one son, Thomas Michael Sprinkle of Winston-Salem; two daughters, Linda Sprinkle Thomas and husband, Charles E. of Hendersonville and Debbie Sprinkle Crow and husband, James E. of Mocksville; four grandchildren, Carmen, Thomas, Jonathan , and Sean; five great grandchildren; her half sister, Carolyn Arnold Bates of Oak Island; and her beloved dog, Casey. The funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 11:00 AM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. John D. Rights officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Moravian Graveyard.
