Mrs. Logene Anderson Moser, age 93 of Winston-Salem passed away at her home Thursday evening December 8, 2011. Mrs. Moser was born in Grayson County, Virginia January 20, 1918 to Virgil Jackson and Dora Jane Gore Anderson. She was a member of Jefferson Church of Christ in Rural Hall and retired from Hanes Knitting after 25 years of service. In addition to her parents Mrs. Moser was preceded in death by her husband Lester Moser, two sisters: Faye and Anna Lee. Three brothers: Ray, Herschel, and Bronson. Surviving is her daughter; Carol (Ken) Sizemore of Winston-Salem. One grandson; Richard (Elizabeth Ann) Nance of Mt. Airy and one great granddaughter; Savannah Hawks. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Moser will be conducted Sunday afternoon, December 11, 2011 at 2:30 P.M. at Jefferson Church of Christ in Rural Hall by Jerry Simpkins, Minister officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday at the church one hour prior to the funeral service. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Mrs. Moser's niece Becky Forrest for her help during this time.
