Lisa Gayle Smith

Mrs. Lisa Gayle Smith, 48, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born in Forsyth Co. on August 14, 1967 the daughter of Monroe Hampton Teague and Linda Gayle Davis Teague. Lisa was a loving wife and mother. She loved spending time with her family and she loved her dogs too. Her family meant the world to her. Her family will miss her beautiful smile and her gentle hand. She will be missed deeply by all who loved her. Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Monroe Hampton Teague. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Sean James Smith, two daughters, Kayla Schlechtweg and Kelsey Bowman, her mother Linda Gayle Teague, two brothers, Tony Teague (Tonya) and Kenny Teague (Mitzi) and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Lisa will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Crestview Memorial Park Mausoleum in Rural Hall with Rev. Gary Styers officiating.
