Linda Sue Bodenhamer White

WHITE - GERMANTON Mrs. Linda Sue Bodenhamer White, 73, passed away at her home on Tuesday, June 04, 2013. She was born in Forsyth County on December 26, 1939 to the late Eunice Shouse Bodenhamer and Hubert Bryan Bodenhamer. Mrs. White was a member of Nazareth Evangelical Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir and worked on numerous church activities. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Mrs. White was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Don White of the home; two sons: Jeffrey (Robin) Tuttle of Rural Hall and Craig White of Germanton; three grandchildren: Heather Tuttle, Samantha (J.R.) Pendleton and Ashley Tuttle; five great-grandchildren: Andy, Richard, Scott, Oscar and Mackenzie; three sisters: Eleanor (John) Brantley, Shirley (Ron) McKaughan and Debbie York. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 7 at Nazareth Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Linda Faltin officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 6 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
