Linda Robbins Reavis

WINSTON SALEM - Mrs. Linda Lee Robbins Reavis, 79, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at her residence. Linda was born on September 17, 1937 in Forsyth County to Dee C. and Margaret Temples Robbins. She loved to eat and to try out new restaurants. She also loved to laugh. Linda loved to travel and had a great sense of adventure. Linda had 40+ years of service in the Communications/IT Department at Wachovia Bank in various positions. In the last 10 years, she was a well-respected member of the telecommunications team.

In addition to her father, Linda was preceded in death by one grandson, Eric Arthur Moore. She is survived by one daughter, Kim Reavis Moore and David Arthur Moore; her mother, Margaret Temples Robbins; one brother, Donald Gray Robbins and wife Rachel Tucker Robbins; and many very dear friends, Pat and Charles King, Anna and Jerry Locklair, Carol and Gary Smith, Lyda Adams, Zella Blizzard, Jean and Don Fowler, and so many others.

A memorial service for Linda will be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Hayworth-Miller Winston-Salem Chapel with Pastor Larry Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Kate B.
