Linda Irene Nelson Paulson, 68, of Pinnacle passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2010. She was born February 20, 1942 in Tobaccoville to William T. and Irene Meadows Nelson. Ms. Paulson lived most of her life in Winston-Salem and moved back to Stokes County in 1988. She was employed with Western Electric/AT&T/Lucent Technologies for 36 years. She loved God, her country, people, horses and dogs. She was a member of Knollwood Baptist Church since 1975. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Carolyn Nelson Davis. Surviving is a nephew, Ronnie Lyle Miles; and a niece, Sandra Gail Miles. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 2 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
