Mrs. Linda Hudspeth Needham, age 84 of Rural Hall went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, January 4, 2013 at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Needham was born in Forsyth County, September 7, 1928 to Dallas Dobson and Zola Casey Hudspeth. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of King, a retired school teacher with 20 years of service and a very loving devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Needham always supported her husband in the various churches he pastored. She was active in mission work, teaching Sunday school and singing in the choir. In addition to her parents Mrs. Needham was preceded in death by one sister; Margaret Sain. Mrs. Needham is survived by her husband of 60 years of marriage; Raymond Needham of the home. One daughter; Miriam Needham and one son; Aaron (Janet) Needham both of Kernersville. One grand-daughter; Ashlyn Needham. A sister; Cynthia Young of Florida and one brother; Graydon Hudspeth of Florida. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Needham will be held Monday afternoon, January 7, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church of King by Rev. Ken Evans with burial to follow at Forsyth Memorial Park in Winston-Salem. The family will receive friends at the church Monday, January 7th from 12:30 until 2:00 P.M.
