Linda Lee Boger Jones

Mrs. Linda Lee Boger Jones, 66, of Mocksville, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2011 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born January 13, 1945 to James W. and Alline Cook Boger. Mrs. Jones was a faithful member of Ardmore Baptist Church where she participated in the Prayer Shawl Ministry. She retired from the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System. Mrs. Jones loved knitting, sewing and crafts of all kind. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband, Charles Chick Jones of the home; two sisters, Martha Ann Walker (Zane) of Kernersville and Betty Livengood (Lowell) of Mocksville; one brother, Jimmy Boger of Harrellsville, NC; one niece; six nephewsand a special great niece and nephews, Olivia, Garrett and Ian Boger. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2011 at Ardmore Baptist Church with Rev. Christa Warise, Rev. Ty Talton and Rev. Nancy Jones officiating. Entombment will follow in Westlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Monday at the church.
