Linda Allen Isom

Linda Gale Allen Isom, 68, of Pfafftown, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born in Forsyth County on November 10, 1947 to William Heber and Frances Claudia Groce Allen. Mrs. Isom was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church. She was faithful at church and was very generous with her time and taking care of others. She loved her flowers and working in her flower gardens and her yard. The most important thing in her life was her family. She cherished her grandchildren and spending time with them. She loved to watch her grandson, Trip, play basketball and her granddaughter, Lydia, swim and sing. She will be dearly missed by many wonderful friends and her family. Mrs. Isom was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband, Larry Isom; two daughters, Lori (Doug) Marsh, Jr. and Leah (Ray) Randall, Jr.; two grandchildren, Lydia Randall and Ray ""Trip"" Randall; a sister, Kathleen (Jerry) Reavis; brother, Kenneth Allen; a nephew Gregg Reavis, and a niece, Robin Allen. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Center Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Steve Corts and Pastor Josh Hill officiating. The visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. There will be a private burial following the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Center Grove Baptist Church Building Fund, 8750 Lasater Road, Clemmons, NC 27012. Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel is serving the Isom family.
