Lillie Mae Joyce

Mrs. Lillie Mae Fussell Joyce, 90, of Winston-Salem, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022 at South Fork Senior Living. Mrs. Joyce was born March 8, 1932 in Duplin County, NC to Lloyd Council Fussell and Lillie Bell Register Fussell. She was a member of Fairview Moravian Church and was a Registered Nurse for 38 years. She spent her last few years at South Fork Senior Living and suffered a very long journey with Alzheimers. Mrs. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Joyce and a daughter, Brenda Clodfelter. Surviving are her daughter, Sherry Longinotti (Jim); a grandson, Josh Clodfelter (Jessica); two great grandchildren, Eli and Ava Clodfelter; a son-in-law, Chip Clodfelter and a special sister, Elaine Scales. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Salem Moravian Graveyard with Pastor Tony Hayworth and Rev. C. Scott Venable, III officiating.
