Lillie Taylor Vogler

Mrs. Lillie Byerly Taylor Vogler, 95, formerly of the Elms at Tanglewood in Clemmons, died February 10, 2009 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born January 4, 1914 in Davie County to the late Charles Joseph and Georgia Byerly Taylor. Mrs. Vogler was a member of Advance United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, T.W. ""Jack"" Vogler in 1993; a brother, John Taylor and two sisters, Erma King and Dorothy Outland. Surviving her is a daughter, Barbara Vogler Waldrop of Advance and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Advance United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Cheryl Skinner and Rev. Jeff Carter officiating. The family will receive friends after the service in the church fellowship hall.
