Mrs. Lillian Bell Sexton Pack, 88, of Clemmons passed away Monday, December 20, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born December 21, 1921 in West Jefferson to Larkin and Cordia Sexton. Mrs. Pack was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church for the past 50 years. She was retired from Bermuda Run with 24 years of loyal service. She enjoyed collecting dolls and travelling all over the U.S. and visiting her son who was in the Air Force. She also enjoyed reading, cooking for her family and entertaining. She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 48 years, Walter J. Pack; her oldest son, Jerry; two sisters, Ruby and Eunice; two brothers, Lonnie and James Sexton. Surviving are one daughter, Carolyn of Clemmons; two sons, Danny and wife Joyce of TN, and Bill and wife Susan of Clemmons; nine grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; one sister, Kathryn; and one brother, Bill. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, December 23 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Leon Wishon and Dr. James May officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Thursday prior to the service.
