Lillian Hughes

Mrs. Lillian Grace Clark Hughes, 84, of Winston-Salem, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021. She was born in West Virginia on December 20, 1936, to the late Frank and Ada Clark Hughes. Mrs. Hughes loved her family and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hughes is preceded in death by her husband, Burnice Hughes; son, David Hughes; and many brothers and sisters. Surviving are four children: Vivian Kees and husband William, Rose Doss, Burnice Hughes, Jr., and Jackie Wilhelm; fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; four siblings: Ervin Clark, Charles Clark and wife Loretta, Marie Pritchard, and Maudie Hughes; and many loving nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held at Westlawn Gardens of Memory, officiated by Pastor Doug Klein.
