Lillian Williard Harris

Mrs. Lillian Williard Harris, 94, of Winston-Salem passed away October 26, 2009 at The Oaks at Forsyth. She was born May 11, 1915 in Forsyth County to the late Arthur and Tincie Martin Williard. Mrs. Harris was a member of Advent Moravian Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher and was a member of the Women's Fellowship, Senior Friends, and the Nettie Gobble Class. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Harvey Harris. Mrs. Harris is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Sizemore and her husband Jeff of Winston-Salem; a granddaughter, Amy Sizemore and husband Jakob Gas; two great-grandchildren, Makenzie Gas and Mason Gas; a brother, Arthur Lee Williard; a niece, Peggy Sumner and husband Jerry, all of Winston-Salem. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Advent Moravian Church with the Rev. Dan Conrad and the Rev. Roger Kimball officiating. Burial will follow in the church graveyard. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel
