Lena Marie Spaugh Sink

Lena Marie Spaugh Sink, 93, of Winston-Salem, passed away April 8, 2025, at King Health & Rehabilitation.

Mrs. Sink was born April 12, 1931, in Forsyth County to Arthur Spaugh Sr. and Connie Scott Spaugh. She was a lifelong member of Hope Moravian Church. Marie was a social butterfly and greatly enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren and many others. She was also an excellent cook. In addition to her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Chaffen Sink; her son in-law, Don Jones; two brothers, A.W. Spaugh Jr., and Lloyd Spaugh; and two sisters, Doris Sink (Thomas), and Faye Weavil (Herburt).

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Brian Sink (Susan); her daughter, Diana Jones; four grandchildren, Melissa (Randy), Mandy (Mark), David (Jessa), and Jessica (Patrick); ten great-grandchildren, Matt, Michael, Cody, Cheyenne, Bennett, Tennessee, Remington, Bly, Logan, and Laila; three great-great-grandchildren, Michaela, Aria, and Hayden; and numerous nieces and nephews. Also surviving are special nephews, Gary Sink (Jeannie), and Michael Sink (Kathy); and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

No formal services will be held at this time.
