Leanne Simons Floyd

Leanne Simons Floyd 54, of Clemmons, passed away on February 27, 2015 at her home after a lengthy illness. Leanne was born on September 4, 1960 in Schenectady, New York to George and Ruth Simons. She grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania and moved with her parents to North Carolina in 1990. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother of Winston-Salem; her daughter, Rebecca, and son-in-law Michael of Durham, NC; her sisters Maura (Carl) Pelinsky of Fairview, PA and Kara (Dan) Fuller of Clarkston, MI; nephew Justin (Casey) Pelinsky of Erie, PA; nieces Jorja and Danica Fuller of Clarkston, MI; and a large extended family. There will be no services. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Winston-Salem humane society 61 Miller street Winston-Salem N.C. 27103.
