Larry Mcgee

WINSTON SALEM – Larry Wayne McGee, 75, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Larry was born on October 12, 1945 in Forsyth County to William Lee and Allie Nelson McGee.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine McGee; a son, Lanny McGee; two brothers, Harold and Eugene McGee; and a sister, Bonita Hauser.

Surviving are his son, Eric McGee (wife, Tammi); three grandchildren, Joseph Jones, Alanda King (Joey), and Erika King (Michael); a great grandchild, Ryan Samuel King; and one brother, Ronald McGee.

Due to public restrictions, there will be no formal services at this time. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
