Larry Knott

Mr. Larry Gordon Knott, 73,a christian man went to be the Lord January 9, 2021.  He was born April 1, 1947 in Forsyth County to the late Fred Burton Knott, Sr. and Betty Francis Walker Knott.  Larry Served in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Specialist on B52 bombers and KC135’s, during the Vietnam War.  After leaving the military, he returned to work and retired from R.J. Reynolds.  In addition, he owned Knott Electric Company.  Larry was a member of Crestwood Baptist Church.  Larry is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Karen Rush Knott; daughter, Margaret Esther Blakeney (Eric); son, Larry Christopher Knott and significant other, Sherry; brother Fred B. Knott, Jr. (Shirley); and sister, Diane Shore (Dean).  A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, January 16, 2021 with family and friends at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall, NC  with Rev.
