Larry Jackson

Mr. Larry Robert Jackson, loving husband and father, 75, passed away Friday, May 31, 2019 at his home.  He was born August 1, 1943 in Scotland County to the late Scheuble Austin Jackson and Lala Whitt Jackson.  Larry was of the Presbyterian Faith.  He was a truck driver for all his life and retired from Surry Chemicals.  In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by two brothers, Tommy Jackson and David Jackson.  He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Nancy J. Jackson; son, Robbie Jackson (Amanda); two granddaughters, Chelsey Reeves (Tanner) and Carly Jackson; and sister, Christine Cranfill.  There will be no formal services at this time.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Valley Hospice, 401 Technology Lane Suite 200, Mount Airy, NC 27030.
