Larry Flynn

Larry Donnell Flynn, 78, passed away Tuesday September 6, 2022, at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born on October 25, 1943, to Wilson Flynn and Lorene Flynn in Forsyth County, North Carolina. Larry was a devoted member of Gospel Light Baptist Church since he was a young boy. He loved to work on cars in the body shop and was a big car enthusiast. Larry retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Factory after many years of dedicated service. He is preceded in death by his parents; his son Keith Flynn; and his sister Glenda Easley. Larry is survived by his loving wife, Elaine Flynn; his brother Philip Flynn; Robert Cornatzer; and his son, Dwayne Flynn and wife, Paula. A funeral service will be held at Gospel Light Baptist Church on Thursday September 8, 2022, at 11:00 AM with Brother Matt Morrison officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service.
