Kurt Douglas Brown

Kernersville - Kurt Douglas Brown, 55, a loving husband of 22 years, passed away October 8, 2008 at his home. He was born January 8, 1953 in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania to Walter and Mary Ellen Boyer Brown. Kurt was a 1970 graduate of Pottsville Area High School where he was a member of the Varsity Football team and in the Honor Society., he attended Muhlenburg College in Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his father Walter ""Pete"" Brown. Surviving are his wife Judith Ann Brown of the home, his mother, Mary Ellen Brown of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, two sisters Kim Brown Even of Blue Bell, Penn., Kay Brown Coskey of California, one son Todd E. Brown of California, one daughter, Krista Taube of Florida, one granddaughter Kylie Taube of Florida, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m, October 14 , 2008 at Hayworth Miller Cain Funeral Home in Kernersville.
