Kristy Lynn West Boles

Mrs. Kristy Lynn West Boles, 33, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on November 8, 1980 in Forsyth County. She loved her family and adored her children. She was preceded in death by her twin sons, William Thomas and Anthony Curtis; maternal grandmother, Barbara West. Surviving are her husband, John Boles; three children, Kaitlyn, Brianna, and Robert; Grandfather, Thomas West; the West Family and the Boles Family. A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Crestview Memorial Park with Pastor Mike Mathys officiating.
