Kimberley Self Phillips

Mrs. Kimberley Self Phillips, 49, went home to be with her Lord early Sunday morning, February 2, 2014. Loving wife of David Phillips, Kimberley was born in Forsyth County, on October 22, 1964. She graduated from East Forsyth High School in 1982. Kimberley, the adored daughter of Betty and Wiley Reid was an employee of Novant Health at North Point Medical for nine years, as a lab tech. She is survived by husband David Phillips; step-daughters Davita, Amanda, and Krystal Phillips; step-grandson Cameron Phillips; mother Betty Reid (Wiley); step sister Kari Reid Allen (Mark); step brother Gregory Reid; four nieces and nephews; father in law Joseph Phillips; sister and brother in laws Carolyn Morgan, Michael Phillips (Gloria), Donna Davis, Jacqueline Phillips, and Gregory Phillips. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday February 8, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum.
