Kevin Saunders

Mr. Kevin Monroe Saunders, 60, of Westfield, NC passed away unexpectedly December 5, 2022.  Kevin was born February 11, 1962, in Forsyth County to the late Junior and Lillie Saunders.  He proudly served in the United States Air Force, being assigned to TUSLOG DET 10. After leaving the military, he worked for many years at RJ Reynolds serving in the company fire brigade.  He worked his remaining time at West Rock Co.  He was one who served his community serving in the Danbury Volunteer Fire Department.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelcie Lillie Saunders.  He is survived by his son, Keith Monroe Saunders; two brothers, Jackie Saunders, and Dempsey Eason; and one sister, De Deen Ward.  No Formal Services will be held at this time.  The family requests any memorials to be made to Danbury Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box 249, Danbury, NC 27016.
