Kenneth Glenn Friend

Mr. Kenneth Glenn Friend of Walkertown, NC passed away suddenly on November 27^th, 2023. He lived up to his last name in every way, as he never knew a stranger, and was a friend to many. He was a dedicated family man who loved this time of the year, visiting nursing homes and families dressed as Santa Claus to spread the Christmas spirit. Though we will miss his visits this year, we can find comfort in knowing that he is with the Lord. Until we are reunited again, he leaves behind his wife, Pamela Friend, a daughter, Melissa Whiteheart (Matt), three grandsons, two Brothers, Donald Friend (and family), and Mike Fletcher (and family), and his loving Mother, Wavlin Pinnix. He had many special friends and other family who he loved, Brother Jim and Marcie Thompson, Ronnie and Penny Tolbert and family, Scott Quesenberry and family, Glenn Bennett and family, Billy (Karen) Stoltz, and Mohey Basyooni. He is preceded in death by his adoptive parents, Mr. & Mrs. William Elmer McGee, and a nephew, Matthiew Fletcher. A service held in his honor will be determined at a later time.
