Keith Brian Kiger

Mr. Keith Brian Kiger, 64, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home on Friday, August 26, 2011. He was born on April 20, 1947 in Forsyth County the son of the late Kenneth Norval Kiger and Geneva Marshall Kiger and Martha Louise Smith Kiger. Keith was a graduate of St. Andrews Presbyterian College and was employed by Terry Labonte Chevrolet as an RV salesman. He was a member of Rural Hall Moravian Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Martin Ridge. Keith is survived by a daughter, Heather Jane Kiger of Winston-Salem, a son, Kenneth Brian Kiger of Winston-Salem, and two sisters, Jane Kiger Ridge and Julia Kiger Page and husband Rick both of Rural Hall. Keith is also survived by a very special friend, Sandra Cornelius of Tobaccoville and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Rural Hall Moravian Church with the Reverend Dr. Steve Craver officiating. Burial will follow in Rural Hall Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2:30-4:00 prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Boys Town, 200 Flanagan Blvd., Boys Town, NE 68010 or Rural Hall Moravian Church, P.O. Box 487, Rural Hall, NC 27045.
