Keith Blackwell

Pinnacle- Mr. Keith William Blackwell, 65, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 at his residence.  He was born June 15, 1956 in Forsyth County, the son of William and Lorene Blackwell.  He was a member of the Parkland High School Class of 1974 and studied for his Bachelor of Theology at Piedmont Bible College, Winston-Salem and Hyles Anderson College, Crown Point Indiana.  Keith was a Youth Pastor at Gospel Light Baptist Church for 15 years and a Robot Programmer for Deere Hitachi from 1989-2004.  He enjoyed hunting, painting, drawing, listening to music, and spending time with his family.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  Survivors include his sons, Daniel Blackwell and wife Terra of Pinnacle and Robert Blackwell of Winston-Salem; two grandchildren, Skylar Turney and Zander Blackwell; a sister, Sandra Perkins and husband, Steve of Winston-Salem and a brother, Richard Blackwell and wife, Mary Ann of Winston-Salem.  Private family services will be held.  Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
